Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Delivery Times

• Order cut-off: 5:00 PM GMT, Monday–Friday
• Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Transit time: Typically 6–8 business days within the United Kingdom
• Estimated delivery: Most customers receive their order within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. We work with trusted global logistics providers to ensure efficient and timely delivery to our customers in the UK.

Carrier Services

Once your parcel arrives in the UK, delivery is completed by:

• Royal Mail
• DPD

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships from our fulfillment center. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at hello@stoneburry-london.com if you need to cancel your order.

Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you immediately via email. If we cannot fulfill your order within the stated delivery timeframe, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@stoneburry-london.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will offer you a full refund or free replacement at your choice.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available when the carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please follow the carrier's instructions to arrange redelivery or pickup from a local depot.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime on our Order Tracking page.
