Ordering & Delivery

Q1: How long will it take to receive my order?

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China. We work with reliable international logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery to the UK.
Handling Time: 1–2 business days
Transit Time: 6–8 business days within the United Kingdom
Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their orders within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Q2: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. Stoneburry London offers free standard shipping on all UK orders. No additional duties or taxes are charged upon delivery. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Q3: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Q4: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes—orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Q5: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your delivery anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Q6: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns are processed at our facility in China. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Q7: How do I start a return?
A: Contact us at hello@stoneburry-london.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address in China.

Q8: When will I receive my refund after returning an item?
A: Refunds are issued within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected at our facility in China.

Q9: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Q10: Can I exchange a product?
A: Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items. Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. See the Return & Refund Policy for details.

Q11: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. All Stoneburry products include a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
