1. Accepted Payment Methods
At Stoneburry, we offer secure and convenient payment options for a smooth checkout experience. We currently accept:

All payments are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

5. Order Confirmation

- If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in account suspension.
